When the weather is to your liking, gather your friends and family and hang out in our urban Biergarten. Enjoy safe areas where kids can mingle and pups can enjoy a lazy afternoon. The site at 1200 Park Street in Alameda was previously home to Big O Tires and also home to a Chevron service station during the “Golden Age” era. “1200 Park” will be restored to fill up your tank in a much different way! Our urban Biergarten will feature 6k+ square feet of outdoor amenity space equipped with fire pits and generous communal spaces. Inside, the high industrial ceiling shelters an indoor/outdoor bar space with 24 taps to support a rotating selection of celebrated craft brew. While beer is our passion, 1200 Park will also offer an enjoyable selection of great wine and access to quality food served by our partner operator, SOUTHIE! For those familiar with their Rockridge location, SOUTHIE has successfully operated their East Coast inspired fare for more than a decade. Our hope is to open by winter of 2023!
